Showcase your signature flavors to 500+ food lovers at the 16th Annual Tasting Statesboro—a community favorite benefiting United Way of Southeast Georgia!
Reserve Your Spot!
Vendor spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis once your registration is complete. After registration closes, vendors will be contacted—in the order registrations were received—to choose their booth location.
Why Participate?
Tasting Statesboro is your chance to put your culinary creations in front of 500+ attendees while introducing new customers to your business. It's a fun, high-energy way to build brand awareness, connect with the community, and showcase what makes your menu unique.
As a participating vendor, you'll also receive:
- Logo and website link on TastingStatesboro.com
- Recognition on social media, in the event program, and at your booth
- The opportunity to join 40+ local restaurants and businesses supporting local nonprofits. In 2025, Tasting Statesboro raised over $59,000 for our community!
Awards: Guests vote for their favorite vendors, and winners receive a framed award plus recognition on TastingStatesboro.com and social media.
Optional: Vendors selling prepackaged food may participate for an additional $25. We also appreciate a gift card donation for the event raffle.
Registration Deadline
Thursday, September 24, 2026
Submit your completed registration and a high-resolution logo by September 24 to Kara Holland at kholland@unitedwaysega.org to ensure your business is included in event promotions.
Registrations received after September 24 will incur a $50 late registration fee.

Booth locations will be selected after the registration deadline in the order completed registrations are received. United Way will provide one 6ft table with table cloths, mason jars for voting, non-alcoholic beverages, and electricty. Please note: electricity is provided on a first come first serve basis.

Event Highlights:
- Culinary Variety: Enjoy a wide range of menu offerings from local establishments, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, appetizers, desserts, coffee, beer, and wine.
- Support Local Charities: All proceeds from the event benefit local charities supported by the United Way of Southeast Georgia.
- Exciting Raffle: Participate in our 50/50 raffle.
