Since 2011, the United Way of Southeast Georgia has brought the community together through Tasting Statesboro the United Way, a beloved annual event that celebrates local flavor while making a lasting difference. What began as a fundraiser has grown into one of the region’s premier community gatherings, raising nearly $200,000 to support United Way programs, partner agencies, and the people who call Southeast Georgia home.



Each year, attendees enjoy an unforgettable culinary experience featuring samples from some of the area’s favorite restaurants, coffee shops, and specialty vendors. From breakfast bites and savory entrées to decadent desserts, coffee, beer, and wine, there’s something to delight every palate. Live music, exciting raffles, and the enthusiastic support of volunteers create a vibrant atmosphere that keeps guests coming back year after year.



As the signature event of the United Way of Southeast Georgia, Tasting Statesboro directly supports the organization’s mission to improve lives by mobilizing the caring power of communities across Bulloch, Candler, Emanuel, Evans, Jenkins, and Tattnall counties.
